Lead Project Manager, Civil Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Project Manager, Civil Infrastructure to join our dynamic team at Colliers in Melbourne.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is around $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to the competitive salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including attractive bonuses, professional development opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.
Job DescriptionAs a Lead Project Manager, Civil Infrastructure, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects from due diligence through to development application, coordination of designs and contract administration. You will lead a project delivery team, driving the successful execution of projects to meet client expectations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and delivering projects to high-quality standards, on time and within budget
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, improving and maintaining existing client relationships
- Assisting Principal Engineers with forecasted workloads to meet project deliverables
- Contribute to sustainable profit generation and growth
- Manage commercial risk and demonstrate responsible judgement
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience planning and managing projects through involvement in all stages of project delivery
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a project delivery team
- Experience in budgeting, commercial acumen, and risk management
- High level industry awareness and engagement
