A Graduate Supply Chain role is available at a leading aerospace company in Brisbane. This full-time position offers a solid career foundation and the opportunity to develop essential skills.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Integrate program, customer, product and in-service strategies into sourcing, negotiation and contracting processes.
  • Prepare, negotiate and execute commercially sound subcontract agreements ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Monitor and track subcontractor performance ensuring they meet contractual obligations and milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with subcontractors ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and project requirements.
  • Support invoicing and payment processes related to subcontracts ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Communicate effectively with industry stakeholders and senior team members fostering positive relationships and collaboration through clear communication and transparency.

Eligibility:

  • Applicants must hold a tertiary degree qualification in Business, Commerce or Law.
  • Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.

Professional Development:

  • A 24-month Graduate Program designed to equip graduates with essential skills for a successful transition into full-time work.
  • Throughout the program, graduates will engage in professional learning and development as well as social and collaborative opportunities to expand their network.
