About This Role

We're searching for a skilled Baker to join our Port Macquarie bakery team. As a Trade Qualified Baker, you'll take pride in contributing to a bakery department that's exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about baking and committed to delivering quality products. You'll have:

  • Trade Certification or Diploma in Baking.
  • Extensive baking experience, particularly in high-speed baking environments.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene principles.
  • A customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
