Career OverviewAustin Banks is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee CCTV Engineer to join our team. As a Trainee CCTV Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining intruder alarm systems, IP surveillance systems, and access control systems.
About the Role- Install and commission CCTV systems, ensuring they meet SSAIB standards and regulations.
- Assist senior engineers in progressing from basic tasks to full system installations.
- Deliver high-quality installations efficiently, following detailed plans and specifications.
- Install, service, and maintain CCTV systems.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Conduct site visits to clean, check, and maintain systems.
- Communicate with site teams and Alarm Receiving Centres (ARC).
- Demonstrate general knowledge of all security systems.
- Sound administration skills with an understanding of paperwork.
- Hold a valid Full Driving License.
- Be willing to work away for up to 4 nights.
