Flight Attendant Opportunity

  • About the Role:
  • We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time solo flight attendant based in Albury.
  • This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and provide exceptional customer service while traveling to some of Australia's most unique destinations.

The role offers a great work-life balance and involves working on weekends, public holidays, shifts with early starts and late finishes, and some nights away from home.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire cabin independently, ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight.
  • Provide caring, personalized service to our passengers.
  • Undertake equipment and security checks, make in-flight announcements, serve food and beverages, and perform cleaning duties.
  • Handle various situations independently in the cabin, demonstrating your ability to think on your feet and remain calm under pressure.

Requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years old and have Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
  • Your height should not exceed 173 cm.
  • You must hold a current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011) and a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (completed within the last 3 years).
  • You should demonstrate one of the following:
  • You have completed at least 3 years of secondary education in Australia or New Zealand.
  • You have worked in Australia or New Zealand for at least 3 of the last 5 years.
  • You have worked in the UK, Ireland, or USA for at least 3 of the last 5 years.
  • You have completed IELTS with an overall grade of 5.5.
  • You must be able to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC), which involves a police security check.
  • You should have a passion for the role and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • You must be able to swim fully clothed without aid or floating device (swim assessment required).
  • You should be flexible to work varying hours, including during holidays and peak periods.
  • You must have a high level of personal presentation.
  • You should have a natural willingness to care for and please people.

What We Offer:
