Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Market Researcher to join our team on a casual basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting data through observational studies and face-to-face interviews.

  • The research program measures the quality and consistency of service providers using an observational mindset from a set list of criteria delivered by the client.
  • Face-to-face interactions will be undertaken while in transit on our client's services around the Sydney Metropolitan Area.
Key Responsibilities
  1. You will need to be comfortable working on the public transport network and confident in approaching people.
  2. Ability to understand and follow correct procedures with minimal errors.
  3. A strong interest in the data collection process and adherence to data integrity.
  4. Excellent communication skills with respondents, stakeholders, and greater team.
Requirements
  1. Adaptability to work in dynamic environments and across various field research programs.
  2. Punctuality, respectfulness, and professional presentation.
