Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Professional to join our dynamic sales team in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing merchandisers, driving sales growth, and expanding our customer base within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Build strong relationships with customers within the Impulse and Convenience channel.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers to understand their needs, present product offerings, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with wholesalers and internal customer teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.
  • Manage casual merchandisers within your territory.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
Travel Requirements

You will be responsible for visiting clients, prospects, and other stakeholders to build relationships and drive sales growth. The role requires consistent monthly travel within your defined territory, with approximately 3 nights away from home per month.

What You Will Bring
  • Sales and/or FMCG experience preferred, particularly in the Impulse channel and/or Supermarkets.
  • Basic Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI skills.
  • Outgoing, approachable, and passionate about sales, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • This position requires a valid Full Driver's License.
