Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and clinically competent individual to join our team at an esteemed aged care facility in Buderim. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with Registered Nurses to assess, plan, and evaluate personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications within your scope of practice
  • Deliver direct care to residents based on individualized support plans
  • Support assessment, care planning, and evaluation in collaboration with RNs
  • Collect and report data, maintain clinical documentation to support nursing care plans, funding submissions, and care minute reporting for each resident
