Job Description

This role provides an opportunity to lead a team of test analysts in delivering high-quality test results. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and allocating work, monitoring performance, and providing guidance.

  • Manage and allocate work to a small team of test analysts, monitor performance, and provide guidance.
  • Complete status reporting and regular updates to program managers and project managers.
  • Contribute to and lead a test team in following an established agile methodology.
  • Engage with enterprise test managers and centralized IT test management capability teams as required.
  • Develop test plans, test scenarios, and/or test scripts based on business objectives and functional requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in leading cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include collaborating with development teams, working closely with program managers and project managers, and ensuring successful project delivery.
