Bupa, a leading international healthcare group, is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Threat Intelligence Manager to join their APAC Cyber Team. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate the activities of the Cyber Threat Intelligence team, managing information analysis and intelligence relevant to threats facing Bupa's systems, infrastructure, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Intelligence Gathering: Work collaboratively with Market Unit and Group security teams to define intelligence requirements, tailored to Bupa's needs. Identify, establish, and integrate useful intelligence sources, including threat actors, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), and internal vulnerability information to contextualize intelligence.
  • Intelligence Sharing and Reporting: Prepare actionable intelligence reports for technical, risk, and business leadership, informing them of the risk to the organisation. Prepare IoC reports, detailing new and modified TTPs being used, and recommendations to Cyber Countermeasures teams to reduce the likelihood of attacks leveraging these TTPs.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with internal customers and teams, including Group Security. Provide first-line supervision to direct reports and external relationships with intelligence providers, government agencies, law enforcement, and other financial service institutions as appropriate to source, distil, and deliver threat intelligence.

Requirements:

  • At least 6-7 years' experience as a Senior Threat Analyst.
  • 3-5 years demonstrated technical leadership experience.
  • Advanced IR & Threat Hunting – FOR508.
  • Cyber Threat Intelligence – FOR578.
  • Security Essentials – SEC401 (optional GSEC certification).
  • Advanced Security Essentials – SEC501 (optional GCED certification).
  • Intrusion Detection– SEC503 (optional GCIA certification).
