Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Applicator to join our team. As an Applicator, you will be responsible for applying silicone sealants in various settings, including bathrooms, kitchens, windows, and external facades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply silicone sealants to ensure strong adhesion and long-lasting results
  • Prepare surfaces to ensure optimal sealant performance
  • Read and interpret plans, scopes of work, and material specifications
  • Communicate effectively with clients, builders, and site supervisors
  • Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and OH&S requirements
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
  • Construction White Card
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • ABN
Desirable Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Construction Waterproofing (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience with various waterproofing systems (e.g., liquid membranes, sheet systems, torch-on)
  • Working at Heights or EWP ticket
