Director of Student Mental Health Services

About the Role:
As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for implementing strategies to support student mental health and wellbeing. This will involve providing leadership and direction in the implementation of critical portfolios that have a direct impact on how schools support student mental health and wellbeing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the review and update of policies and procedures within the remit of the Student Wellbeing team to support the successful implementation of our education strategy.
- Collaborating with external organizations and internal stakeholders to enhance the support available to students and promote Equity and Excellence objectives.
- Managing financial processes to support the successful implementation of key student wellbeing programs and initiatives.
- Providing high-level strategic advice to senior officers and other key stakeholders on issues relevant to supporting student wellbeing and mental health.
The ideal applicant will possess strong project management skills, leadership experience, and a track record in achieving high levels of productivity in complex environments. You will also need exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of factors influencing student wellbeing and mental health.
