About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Manager to join our team at RPS Group. As a key member of our Cairns Environment group, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our team, including managing Human Resources, Business Development, and Marketing, as well as Financial Reporting and administrative activities.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to take initiative and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. You will thrive in a collaborative team environment, building and maintaining strong relationships with your team and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Human Resources, Business Development, and Marketing functions
  • Oversee Financial Reporting and administrative activities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Environment group's business support team
  • Collaborate with the General Manager – Cairns and Regional General Manager - NQ to achieve team goals
