About the Role

Thales is a global leader in digital security, with a mission to make the world a safer and more sustainable place. We're seeking a highly skilled Security Compliance Coordinator to join our Explosive Ordnance Services team in Orchard Hills, Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and staff to ensure seamless security protocols.
  • Oversee government security clearance applications and records, ensuring compliance with Defence and Thales controls.
  • Handle personal information confidentially and maintain accurate security registers.
  • Deliver security awareness sessions and manage security library and records.
  • Produce passes and maintain access control databases, ensuring security compliance metrics are up-to-date.
  • Attend security and emergency management meetings to stay informed and aligned with our security protocols.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Well-developed computer skills in Microsoft Office and relevant data management applications.
  • Occasional interstate travel may be required.
  • Previous experience within the Logistics and/or Defence industry would be highly advantageous.
