We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Relief Shift Supervisor at West HQ. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop leadership skills and gain experience in team management.

Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer service team. This includes planning and allocating tasks, coordinating team activities, and addressing customer inquiries.

What We're Looking For: To excel in this role, you should possess strong leadership qualities, excellent customer service skills, and effective communication abilities. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and proficiency in using CRM systems are also essential. Additionally, you should be able to handle customer complaints professionally and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements: Applicants must hold a First Aid Certificate or be willing to obtain one. A Working with Children Check Clearance is also necessary. Candidates should have experience with cash handling, proficiency in using Microsoft applications, and intermediate-level experience with CRM systems. A clear performance management history for 12 months is required. Willingness to undertake Leadership and Performance Management training is also essential. Flexibility to work shifts according to operational needs is a must.
