Freight Handler Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our team. As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a vital role in the logistics supply chain, ensuring the safe and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of stock.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and inspecting incoming stock for damage or defects
• Accurately recording and storing stock in designated areas
• Efficiently loading and unloading vehicles, utilizing proper safety protocols
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment

You will also be responsible for assisting with daily tasks, such as inventory management, cycle counting, and reporting discrepancies.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid forklift license and experience operating heavy machinery
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime

You will also need to possess basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
