The role we are seeking to fill involves working with patients who require high-quality, acute care in their own environments. This position offers the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by delivering exceptional patient-focused care.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will possess strong clinical skills in wound care, IV therapy, and CVC management, as well as the ability to work independently and respond to clinical deterioration.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring continuity of care. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and documentation skills, as well as a commitment to quality improvement and ongoing professional development.
To be successful in this role, applicants must hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and have proven acute and community nursing experience. A valid driver's licence and Working with Children Check are also required.
This part-time position (0.6FTE) offers a rewarding career growth opportunity with a vibrant Malvern location close to public transport. The salary package includes attractive hourly rates, 12% Super, and 17.5% leave loading, as well as Myki Commuter discounted fares.
