Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals at Oyster People, a long-standing agency based in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.

The Role:

  • Routine Inspections: You will be responsible for conducting property inspections to ensure proper maintenance and adherence to lease agreements.
  • Leasing: Your experience in processing rental applications and conducting open for inspections to attract potential tenants will be highly regarded.
  • Entry & Exit Condition Reports: You will learn to complete detailed reports on the property's condition at the start and end of a tenancy.
  • Managing Maintenance Requests: You will handle tenant maintenance requests, prioritizing issues, and coordinating repairs.
  • Responding to Inquiries & Liaising with Tenants and Landlords: Developing strong communication skills by addressing general queries and maintaining effective relationships with tenants and landlords.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to $70,000 + Super and fuel allowance, as well as regular social team events and a great team culture with a family-friendly environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have an Agents Representative Certificate, a drivers license and reliable car, and backgrounds in customer service, office environments and industries related to real estate.

A stable employment history, highly organized and detail-oriented personality, professional personal presentation, and genuine passion for a career in real estate are also essential.
