Career Opportunity

This 24-month Finance Graduate Development Program offers you the ideal environment to develop your finance skills and knowledge.

You will be part of our cross-functional finance team, actively contributing to managing business performance and working closely with other departments to help grow our profit.

This program includes four rotations of six months each:

  • Divisional Data & Analytics: Data Analyst
  • Treasury Collective: Commercial Finance
  • Corporate Finance: Financial Performance & Analysis
  • Penfolds: Revenue Management

During these rotations, you will build a broad knowledge base and deepen your skillset, forming professional networks to advance your career.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this program, you must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident at the time of application.

You can apply when you're in the final year of your degree or if you have completed an Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree within the past two years.

You'll need to be available to start with us as a permanent employee in February 2026.

Requirements

To succeed in this program, you will need to have an accounting/finance degree or have completed at least the majority of the relevant courses required to start the CA program ahead of your start date.
