Job Title: Schools Officer, Grounds and Facilities

A proactive and reliable Schools Officer, Grounds and Facilities is required to assist in the daily operations of our school. This hands-on role involves a variety of tasks, pride in work, and contributing to a friendly, community-focused school environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering and collecting mail, parcels, and documents
  • Recording and delivering messages
  • Printing and photocopying
  • Maintaining various registers
  • Stocktaking and recording/engraving of school equipment/furniture and assets
  • Supporting security duties, including using and maintaining the school security systems
  • Assisting with clearing drains and gutters, collecting waste, and undertaking immediate action cleaning duties
  • Coordinating the removal and disposal of rubbish
  • Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
