We are seeking an experienced **Operations Manager - Defense** to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex maintenance operations, with a strong focus on delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

The Operations Manager - Defense will be responsible for overseeing the planning, preparation, and delivery of maintenance services to our clients in the defense sector. This includes ensuring that all maintenance activities are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of defense industry regulations, policies, and procedures, as well as experience in managing teams and developing strategies to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, preparation, and delivery of maintenance services to defense clients.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.
  • Manage a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including maintenance schedules, task orders, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the defense industry.
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, project management, or business administration.
  • Proven track record in managing complex maintenance operations, with a strong focus on delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in managing teams, developing strategies, and implementing process improvements.
  • Strong understanding of defense industry regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
