Job Title: Care Partner

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to fill the role of Care Partner at our residential facility. In this position, you will provide personalized care to residents, working closely with our clinical team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

  • Deliver tailored care services that cater to individual preferences and requirements
  • Assist with meal preparation and refreshments
  • Maintain accurate records of care activities and report any exceptions to the care plan
  • Support meal planning by verifying daily menu requirements
  • Execute tasks delegated by Registered or Enrolled Nurses
  • Contribute to a clean and safe environment for residents and staff

To be successful in this role, you will require a Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification. You must also possess a current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or be willing to obtain). Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is a genuine passion for aged care and improving the lives of older people.
