The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Thrive Waterloo.
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the educational program, ensuring that children receive high-quality care and education that meets their individual needs.
You will work closely with our team of educators to develop and implement engaging and challenging learning experiences that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the educational program, ensuring that children receive high-quality care and education.
- Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning experiences that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Work closely with the team of educators to ensure that children receive individualized attention and support.
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters children's growth and development.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement educational policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care qualification.
- NESA Teacher Accreditation.
- Sound, practical working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
- A current NSW Employee Working With Children's Check.
