About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Specialist to join our dynamic team at Ertech. This is a permanent full-time position for upcoming projects based in the Perth Metro area. This role may have site-based requirements in the medium-long term.

Key Responsibilities
  • Minimize occupational risks and ensure compliance with H&S legislation and Ertech standards.
  • Coach and provide guidance to all personnel in relation to HSE training, corrective actions, issues, and successes.
  • Empower site Supervisors to manage health and safety.
  • Conduct incident investigations and strive for continuous process improvements.
About You

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety highly desirable.
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessing or Leadership and Development a plus.
  • 5+ years HSE Advisory experience (Civil Infrastructure/Construction).
  • Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.
  • Generalist HSE skills, including incident investigation (iCAM) and Lead Auditing capability.
