Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Accommodation Leader to join our team in Victoria, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective leadership and supervision of staff members.
  • Develop, maintain and review rosters ensuring adherence to relevant guidelines and legislation.
  • Contribute to the implementation and review of person-centred plans and other relevant records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate IV or above in Disability Studies or a related field.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders; proficiency in MS Office, internet research and Outlook.
  • Valid VIC Driver's Licence, Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR, and eligibility for NDIS screening clearance.
