We are seeking a skilled Retail Manager to oversee daily store operations, driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Product & Inventory Management
- Select and manage product inventory to meet customer demand, ensuring timely stock availability for optimal operational performance.
- Implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Manage financial transactions and control budgeting processes.
- Develop cost-effective operations to drive profitability and growth.
- Create purchasing policies and marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Set competitive pricing to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Provide expert advice and resolve customer inquiries promptly, maintaining high-quality shopping experiences.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
- Lead, train, and develop retail staff to achieve high service standards and team performance.
- Mentor team members to improve skills and knowledge, promoting career advancement opportunities.
- Negotiate quality supplier relationships to secure the best products at competitive prices.
- Efficiently operate store systems, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Comply with occupational health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe work environment for all employees.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of retail management experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Inventory management, budgeting, and financial oversight expertise.
- Purchasing and marketing strategy creation and execution ability.
- Customer service, supplier relations, and event management background.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a retail environment.
