Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader to join our team as a Cleaning Services Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and trolley collection operations, ensuring our stores are maintained in pristine condition.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual with a passion for retail and a strong ability to lead and develop a team. As a Cleaning Services Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a team of cleaning staff, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Creating rosters to ensure daily tasks and operations are covered, including managing time and attendance activities for team members.
  • Working closely with Store Leadership teams to identify challenges and opportunities, and implementing solutions to drive business results.
  • Managing inventory levels and ordering consumables within budget, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Performing core operational tasks alongside the team, ensuring day-to-day activities run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Australian driver's license for trolley collection duties.
