We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team in Tasmania.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with adults who have mental health concerns, delivering improved outcomes and experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with staff to deliver coordinated case management.
- Provide clinical guidance for staff and other providers involved in patient care.
- Support and contribute to current strategic direction and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Registered as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Mental health/psychiatric nursing qualifications.
- Current Driver's Licence.
