About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a passionate and experienced clinical leader with strong knowledge and expertise in dementia care.
You will thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating initiative, professionalism, and a commitment to quality aged care.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration.
- Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within residential aged care.
- Strong clinical skills with expertise in dementia care and aged care standards.
- Ability to lead, manage, and mentor a multidisciplinary team.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of accreditation processes, clinical governance, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement in clinical care services.
- Passionate about delivering person-centered care in a dementia-specific environment.
- Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care, Dementia Care, or relevant field.
- Previous experience working in specialised dementia care or similar setting.
