Merchandising Specialist

CROSSMARK Australia is seeking a skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our team in Coles and Woolworths. This role offers the opportunity to work with leading brands, build relationships with store managers, and contribute to driving sales growth.

In this autonomous position, you will be responsible for creating, building, and maintaining quality point of sale displays in-store. You will also communicate with stores about additional promotional space for various products from top brands and report on tasks and photos daily via our StoreTrack App.

• Create high-quality point of sale displays that meet client expectations
• Build strong relationships with store managers and team members to effectively complete tasks
• Communicate with stores about additional promotional space for various products
• Report on tasks and provide good photos daily via the StoreTrack App

• A valid car Driver's License and reliable vehicle (Learners Permit NOT Accepted)
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• 3-4 days required availability including Wednesday and Thursday (as minimum)

• A competitive hourly rate of $31.68 per hour plus $0.98 per kilometer and superannuation
