Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a Workforce Development Specialist.

The successful candidate will work closely with our HR Manager to provide expert advice on Human Resources matters, including policy development, employee engagement, and benefits administration.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.

Key Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in HR generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, industrial relations, and workplace health and safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement improvements.
