About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Weekend Chef to join our team at Highgrove Care Community. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating delicious and nutritious meals for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement seasonal menus in consultation with residents and our culinary team
  • Prepare and cook meals and snacks in line with our food services program
  • Ensure compliance with our food safety program and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Oversee and manage the creation and delivery of meals and events
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
  • Previous experience in Head Chef roles
