Hourly Base Rate: $43.75 – $55.88 per hour (plus applicable shift penalties, based on experience) Location & Shift: IRT Tarrawanna: This is a 6-month maternity leave cover position, with the possibility of extension.
The role involves full-time afternoon shifts (14:00–22:30) with one ADO in a month.
Your Work Will Include: Providing clinical care to residents Managing and supervising care workers Undertaking client assessments Monitoring and evaluating care plans Administering treatments as required To Be Successful You Will Have Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration Knowledge of clinical issues of ageing, including dementia related disorders and management of challenging behaviours Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A big heart – you're empathetic and have a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possible Experience working as a registered nurse in an aged care centre environment Benefits for You Competitive pay and more cash in your pocket (less tax) with not-for-profit salary packaging Flexible working conditions Birthday leave - relax and take a day off on us
