Key Responsibilities
  • Providing excellent care and support to clients in a professional manner
  • Supporting the team with general file management and administration tasks
  • Coordinating appointments for lawyers and medico-legal appointments for clients
  • Communicating with clients and relevant authorities in writing and verbally

  • A willingness to learn and grow professionally
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
