We're looking for a full-time Container Operations Specialist who is passionate about working in a dynamic, high-performing team environment. The successful candidate will have their own transport and be able to handle physical work.

The role involves loading and unloading shipping containers containing various products varying in weight and size. Forklift operation is a key aspect of our service, and we'll provide training through a Forklift Licence Course if required.

Critical to your success will be your ability to work autonomously, take ownership of your role, and motivate others towards achieving outcomes. You'll also play a key role in developing a continuous improvement culture within the team.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of around $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development.
