The Prospero Group is seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team in a residential aged care setting. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a registered nurse with experience in residential aged care. You will work closely with our care team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring our residents receive the best possible care. Your strong clinical knowledge and skills will enable you to provide expert care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality clinical care to residents, including assessments, care planning, and implementation of care interventions
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and care team members
* Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services provided
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress
Requirements
* Registered nurse with experience in residential aged care
* Strong clinical knowledge and skills, with a focus on gerontological nursing
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Ability to work flexibly, including shifts and weekends
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on resident-centered care
