Centurion is seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading large-scale change initiatives and ensuring a smooth transition for our employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough stakeholder analysis and business impact assessments to evaluate the scope of change and identify potential risks.
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans, including communication strategies and training approaches to support stakeholders.
- Facilitate smooth transitions by minimizing resistance and operational disruption throughout the change process.
- Identify key stakeholders, assess their concerns, and develop tailored communication strategies to effectively convey the need for change and address their needs.
- Track the progress of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to ensure successful implementation and achieve sustainable outcomes.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in leading change management within large-scale programs, including the ability to create and implement structured change management plans that align with organizational and project goals.
- Deep understanding of change management frameworks, including ADKAR, Kotter's 8-step model, and Lewin's Change Management model.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills, with exceptional written and verbal abilities to convey the rationale for change and provide progress updates.
- Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders, including executives, managers, and employees, to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives.
