We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our Wholesale Channel strategy and drive business growth in Australia.


**Job Description**

As Director of Wholesale Channel Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to grow Crocs' wholesale business in Australia.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, and Demand Planning, to identify opportunities and drive business results.


**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive balanced, profitable growth and increase market share through a strong consumer focus and channel management.

• Translate corporate and regional initiatives into local strategic plans, aligning with Crocs' consumer affinities, growth pillars, and market trends.

• Build objectives for account management, distribution, and new business development, setting clear targets and guidelines for the sales team.

• Deliver overall financial objectives, including revenue, gross margin, SG&A, OPI, Working Capital, and inventory turns.

• Support Go-To-Market strategies and execution for key accounts, including product assortments and marketing activations.

• Conduct competitor analysis, monitor industry trends, and leverage insights for current and future business planning.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, monitoring and reporting on KPIs.

• Establish and develop key relationships internally and externally to influence and execute strategic direction.


**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's Degree and above preferred, with at least 10 years of sales experience.

• Experience in the footwear industry is preferred, with at least 4 years of people management experience.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to navigate matrixed organizations, sales channels, and communications platforms.

• Strategic mind, strong business acumen, and results-oriented approach.

• Ability to balance long-term objectives with short-run performance, with strong communication and organizational skills.

• Comfortable dealing with uncertainty and ambiguity, with excellent project management oversight abilities.

• Passion and tenacity for solving problems through creativity, collaboration, and resourcefulness.

• Ability to travel up to 50%.
