About Us

Niño ELA's Positive Education Curriculum is built on a holistic approach, focusing on the wellbeing and development of both children and educators. Our dedicated teams work tirelessly to provide individualised care and education, fostering a sense of community and belonging.

Your Role

As our Lead Educator, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting staff, students, and volunteers within the childcare service. Your expertise will shape the Children's Program, ensuring it aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework guidelines.

You will also promote a positive work environment, build relationships with parents and staff, and maintain compliance with our OH&S Policy. A safe and healthy environment is paramount for both children and staff, and we rely on your commitment to ensure this.

Your Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need to possess qualifications in Early Childhood Education, as well as at least one year of experience as a Room Leader. Your sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework will be essential in shaping our programs and ensuring compliance.
