As the Security Engineering Manager, you will lead a small team of security engineers who support and implement cyber security software products and solutions.

This is a customer-facing role that involves presales, deployment, and support of our firm's cyber security software solutions.

You will work in a close-knit team of passionate and experienced cyber security professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading a small team of security engineers who support the organisation's security product lifecycle
  • Managing, allocating, and developing a small team of direct reports (security engineers)
  • Customer management and technical account management
  • Technical pre-sales and product demonstrations, including POC, architectural design, and technical product pitching
  • Product implementation and customer support
  • Assisting with ongoing product design, development, and improvement
  • Working closely with Development and Security Engineering teams in Australia and the UK to resolve customer issues
  • Travel to customer sites as needed

The ideal candidate will have tenured security engineering experience, including customer-facing roles, and a strong understanding of cyber security architecture and design.

Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain NV1 clearance are essential requirements for this role.
