Role Overview:

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will play a critical role in supporting participants in achieving their goals and maximizing funding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement behaviour support plans using positive behaviour support frameworks.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviours.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor, Masters or Graduate Diploma).
  • Registration with relevant professional bodies (AHPRA, SPA, AASW).
  • Minimum 12 months experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and growth.
  • Valid Australian driver's license and necessary screening checks.
