Makeup Artist

About the Role

As a Makeup Artist, you will be responsible for inspiring and helping our customers unleash their inner artist and become the best version of themselves through makeup. You will have the opportunity to work across all our departments from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.

We offer initial onboarding training and continuous learning through our unique online learning platform and field trainers to help customers discover our amazing offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create an amazing customer experience by providing a welcoming environment to listen and embrace their unique makeup needs.
  • Observe new products and the latest beauty trends and techniques.
  • Help customers discover the features and benefits of our CRM program and how it can help them be the best version of themselves.
  • Expand your knowledge of our iconic brands to share with, and learn from, your team of Studio Artists.
  • Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions where you're encouraged to continuously learn and explore.
  • Share your artistry knowledge and provide 1:1 appointments to our customers.

Requirements

  • Prior Sales and Artistry experience is highly desirable.
  • A certificate or qualification in artistry is highly desirable.
