Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator at PFD Food Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, pick, and cross-check orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to our customers.
  • Operate a truck in a safe manner to undertake multi-drop deliveries, adhering to all relevant safety protocols and regulations.
  • Hand-unload food products, including chilled and frozen items, to customers, which may involve handling cash transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Competencies, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid MR truck license (or higher) and a forklift license, with high reach experience being a plus.
  • Have cold storage experience and be physically able to load and unload containers and delivery vehicles.
  • Possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
