Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs and creating a nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To plan and implement engaging and challenging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • To establish strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, promoting a sense of community and belonging
  • To maintain accurate and detailed records of children's progress and developmental milestones
  • To contribute to a safe and healthy learning environment, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services, as recognized by ACECQA
  • An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven experience working with children aged 0-5 years in an Early Childhood setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certification
