Job Title: Orthopaedic Surgeon - Elective and Emergency Services

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our team in providing high-quality clinical care to patients. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality patient care in accordance with established care models, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and train junior medical staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in clinical teaching and professional development programs, contributing to the growth and development of junior colleagues.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve desired patient outcomes through effective communication and attendance at unit and site meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Medical qualification and current Australian registration.
  • Membership to the Australian Orthopaedic Association and Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Surgeons.
  • Relevant clinical experience and competence required for level of position.
