About the Role


As a Regional Manager at Bed Bath N' Table, you will lead our teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will support and drive our teams to maintain consistent operational standards, mentor store leadership teams to manage team development and performance, drive and coach teams to achieve sales KPIs, evaluate store performance, and work closely with head office support teams.


About You


We are seeking a candidate with previous multi-site retail management experience in a fast-paced environment, solid experience in managing, training, motivating, and developing teams, a passion for homewares, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving ability, strong computer literacy, and a positive and professional approach.
