**Salary and Benefits**

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,380.74 to $104,551.89 per year, depending on experience, plus superannuation and salary packaging opportunities. **Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in North Glenroy. The successful candidate will provide best practice, evidence-based occupational therapy services across the scope of practice to adults and young people with a disability, enabling them to achieve their goals and live the life they choose.

The role involves delivering therapy in clients' homes, educational settings, or in the community, promoting physical health and wellbeing, maximising functional skills, and enhancing participation. As part of an interdisciplinary team of Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists, you will work collaboratively with clients, their families, and other support staff to set and achieve goals.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Experience working within a transdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team model
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families
  • A willingness to improve clinical practice through self-reflection and continuous learning
  • Care for the work you do and for the people you work with
  • Competency in various IT platforms, particularly client management systems
  • Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • AHPRA Registration (Occupational Therapy)
  • An Australian driver's licence and own vehicle, with a willingness to travel across Northern Melbourne region as required
