We are seeking an exceptional Physician to lead our General Medicine Unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensuring safety and timeliness.
  • Drive strategic direction and leadership for the unit, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Optimize inpatient capacity, streamline admissions and discharges, and facilitate effective follow-up care.
  • Cultivate a strong team culture through staff management and wellbeing support.
  • Promote continuous quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.
About You:
  • Hold current registration with AHPRA as a Medical Specialist.
  • Be a Fellow of RACP, approved for adult general medicine scope of practice.
  • Demonstrate proven clinical expertise and senior management experience.
