Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Construction Contracts Administration: Provide support to our project management teams, delivering diverse construction projects.
  • Subcontractor Management: Manage subcontractors, accompanied by a strong knowledge of commercial contracts and BCIPA.
  • Computerised Job Costing/Project Management Software: Utilise software such as Jobpac to manage projects efficiently.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Commercial Acumen: Possess a high degree of commercial acumen.
  • Communication Skills: Excel in written and verbal communication skills, with a developed ability to build positive business relationships.
