Role Overview

This position will work within the Marketing Automation & Capability team to foster strong collaboration with stakeholders, lead and coordinate the design, development, testing, and deployment of member-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, implementing best practices in executing and optimizing one-to-one communications, campaigns, and journeys across HCF's channels: email, direct mail, SMS, online transactions, and mobile applications.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to test and learn from campaigns, providing insights on optimization opportunities aligned with campaign objectives and expected outcomes. Additionally, they will support senior management in training and upskilling the team to deliver business-as-usual campaigns and marketing automation while embedding processes and compliance checks.

About You

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working autonomously with a deep understanding of:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Advanced experience with HTML, CSS, and AMPscript
  • Proficiency in SQL and data structures
  • A proven track record of delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of one-to-one communication and regulatory compliance
  • End-to-end customer journey management

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum
